Seasonal yet a treat to view all year round ! As I mentioned in my bio, chocolate is my favourite thing to work with. Each Easter egg is individually handmade. Designs are mostly different as I don’t enjoy repetitive things and always take the opportunity to create something new and different.

The designs are not always planned before. Sometimes I might have something in mind and execute it exactly as I want, other times I will start with something in my head and deviate while I work. I suppose part of the fun lies in just not knowing what to expect when unmoulding the egg. What really matters is the shine of the chocolate and the isnap when it is broken, as they are key to an excellent and well crytallized piece of chocolate.
