Black velvet, White & Gold – €80-

 

Beautiful celebration cake. Bottom tier composed of vanilla cake with strawberry baileys ganache filling. Top tier composed of vanilla cake with lemon curd filling. The bottom tier black colour was created using a velvet spray technique that is very popular among pastry chefs. It gives a lovely velvet effect and can be made using different colours.

The top tier is decorated with gold splatters and dark chocolate triangles also with a touch of gold.
