Christmas Log – €15

December is round the corner and Christmas will be upon us fast. This year I am featuring chocolate trees and other Christmas inspired ideas like these traditional Christmas logs. The logs are made the traditional way with lots of nuts, dried fruit and even my very own homemade citrus peel. A dash of alcohol, which never hurt anyone, is added to enhance the flavour. The logs are coated in a delicious, smooth chocolate ganache and decorated with handmade chocolate decorations and dusted with silver lustre for some bling.
