Chocolate creativity –

The Easter egg moulds are out, with Easter round the corner, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they should be just used to make eggs. Here I created my take on the cactus plant, with a touch of humour inspired by Cyclopes from Greek mythology.

The whole thing, from top to bottom is entirely made from chocolate. Like I always say, I’m in love with chocolate. It’s so versatile. It’s the perfect medium for everything from decorating to sculpting. So there you have it, a completely edible cactus, including the pot.
