Colours & Textures –

Colours and textures make a cake that much more intriguing and eye catching. I’m in love with this new technique. It’s quite a thoughtful and lengthy process. Thoughtful because the colour scheme needs to be planned and carefully thought out. Lengthy because mixing the colours to acquire the right shades takes time. The final result is a beautiful textured and colourful cake that up close looks like a canvas.
