The Happy Cake –

I couldn’t think of a more befitting name for this cake. It’s uplifting. The bright colours, the design, they make me smile.

The flavours chosen are also particular and enticing. The cake is a raspberry and pistacchio marble. Quite intricate. The filling is raspberry frosting and pistacchio crumble with some white chocolate crisp pearls added. A very fascinating combination of flavours with plenty of texture.

The second cake is a simpler flavour of vanilla cake wtih vanilla frosting and fresh strawberries.
