Figollotti – €25

Tradition with a modern twist. I named these figollotti in the hope of coming up with something better soon. The concept is the same as that of figolli, where I kept the rich buttery pastry but changed the filling. It’s made with pistacchios instead of almonds. It’s different but delicious with the same moist richness. Each figollotto is coated with a dark chocolate pistacchio glaze.
